Job Title: Senior Business Manager, Sales

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • The Business Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing new Enterprise clients, identifying opportunities within the enterprise segment, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • They will work closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • The Business Sales Manager will focus on pipeline management, providing accurate forecasts to senior management, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new Enterprise merchants.
  • Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned.
  • Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
  • Liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Handle Portfolios and serve queries of customers.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
  • Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
