Job Title: Senior Executive, HR Management

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR function during this critical phase of transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational change and be able to drive people initiatives with strategic acumen.

The Senior Executive, HR will play a pivotal role in shaping our systems, driving compliance, and rebuilding processes to support long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leadership in driving organizational change and people initiatives
  • Take ownership of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and appraisal systems aligned with business needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases, and MIS reports
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency, and responsiveness
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and statutory bodies as required
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems and processes
  • Resilient, trustworthy, and aligned with values of integrity, discipline, and responsibility
