Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to spearhead our team's engineering efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive technological innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Leading technical architecture and design, collaborating with product management to envision future features and plan product roadmaps.
  • Driving continuous improvement by enhancing architectural standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development.
  • Proven track record of driving engineering best practices for high-functioning software engineering teams.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data structures, asynchronous architectures, and distributed algorithms.
  • A strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations.

Technology Stack:

  • Microsoft technologies: C#, TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js.
  • Microservices, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or any other event processing service.
  • Modern UI frameworks: React.js, Angular.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS preferred): EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPC.
  • CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, YAML, PowerShell.

Additional Skills:

  • GenAI technologies, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Observability tools: Splunk, ELK Stack, DataDog.
  • DataBricks with Python.
  • AWS/Azure Developer and architect certification.
