We are seeking an accomplished Bid and Offer Development Specialist to drive business growth from our delivery centers.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Manager, Technical Director, and Account Manager, reporting to the India Head – Presales. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to contract award, including value proposition development, solution creation, commercial considerations, partner identification, competitive landscape analysis, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Technical Direction and Business Organizations on pre-sales activities.
  • E nsure offers and project references are readiness.
  • Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks.
  • Support coordination (BU, TD, and Global Pre-sales) for major RFI/RFP, define action plans, and follow up.
  • Contribute to new business strategy and development.
  • Prepare documents required for bids.
  • Manage bids effectively.
  • Support Business Manager and Technical Director in using CRM tools during the bid process.
  • Qualify business and strategies to answer.
  • Organize and attend Go/NoGo – Bid/NoBid meetings.
  • Maximize the value of ALTEN's offer by leveraging group offers.
  • Coordinate bid teams (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners).
  • Check offer and financial form quality prior to review.
  • Store information on CRM tools (except documents stored by Business Managers during offer review).
  • Attend offer reviews.
  • Analyze lessons learned from each CFT.
  • Analyze risks for each bid and alert BU/Management/TD as needed.
  • Perform transversal activities and capitalize knowledge.
  • Issue KPIs from CRM tools and check data accuracy.
  • Provide regular reporting to Management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head.
  • Monitor adherence to bid processes and alert if not respected.
  • Analyze bid process maturity by Business Unit and define action plans.
  • Analyze win/lose reasons for each semester.
  • Capture best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate and reuse.
  • Explain and enforce BID processes, methods, and tools.
