About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather, organize, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, correlations, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
