Core Deal Value Creation roles & Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Delivery:

  • Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/Carve-out/Operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within the organization.
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as BDO).
  • Develop complex models in excel and executive-level presentations.

Technical Skills:

  • Business Development/Upsell:
  • Support partners/directors in building practices in the north region.
  • BD Target: Sr Associate - INR 20 Lakhs; Associate - INR 15 Lakhs.
  • Plan and implement integration/separations of front office and back office functions.
  • Deliver project management engagements with strong PMO skills.
  • Understand complex deal situations and implications on business models.
  • Knowledge of operations and processes across different functions.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI.

  • Build collaborative working relationships at all levels.
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Maintain business relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and verbal/written communication.
