The Bid Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting transactional opportunities of limited complexity. This involves working independently and collaboratively with internal teams to produce bid drafts and full submissions, utilizing standard templates and content that articulate the value and benefits of Iron Mountain solutions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales and other stakeholders to develop bids in a fast-paced environment, providing timely and professional responses using various tools, and preparing and compiling response documents for accuracy, readability, and completeness.

The role requires managing multiple deadlines, maintaining a central repository of bid documents, and ensuring bid documents adhere to corporate brand, customer requirements, formatting, and quality standards.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required include proficiency in English language, ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and effective communication. They will also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
