Lead Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion through strategic relationship management and customized solutions for Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new PSU relationships, identifying opportunities across various banking products, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new PSU clients, focusing on corporate banking products and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other relevant areas.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions that cater to PSU clients' unique requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability targets through effective acquisition and cross-selling efforts.
  • Ensure high credit quality, compliance, and risk management standards are maintained in all client dealings.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, including credit, product, and operations groups.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or business development.
  • Proven expertise in the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Prior MBA/CA/Graduate experience in banking is advantageous.
