
Chief Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled executive to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business and retain key clients.
- Cross-sell products with existing customers to increase revenue streams.
- Provide expert claims advocacy and servicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify key decision-makers, risks, needs, and services/products to best serve clients/prospects.
- Analyze existing policies, suggest better terms, and negotiate with markets to deliver value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Visit insurance companies regularly for continuous engagement and relationship-building.
- Manage internal and external customer relationships, insurance partners, and vendors effectively.
- Domain knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate relationship management from a service background.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of the employer market segment and their unique demands/purchasing style.
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop/executive sales strategies in competitive market environments.
- Results-Oriented with strong sense of accountability and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
