About the Position:

Designation Title: Senior Veterinary Doctor

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview:

  • Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g., Derma care)
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Associate vets, paravets, and handlers
  • Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and networks to solve health care management for Pets
  • Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India
  • Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India
  • Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets
  • Solve primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India
  • Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets
  • Audit reviews and adherences to protocols processes workflows in the city

  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in Veterinary practice
  • 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
  • Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare
  • Experience in small animal practice 3+years
  • Pet Parenting experience
