This role demands close cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Outreach - Drive personalized campaigns to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Own the Sales Pipeline - Manage end-to-end lead generation, conversion, and acceleration
- Execute GTM Strategies - Plan and deliver product launches and feature rollouts
- Content & Thought Leadership - Develop case studies and insights that position us as an industry leader
- Sales Enablement - Create and refine tools to support high-value deal closure
- Leverage Customer Insights - Collect and apply feedback to improve positioning and offerings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with leadership, product, sales, and marketing to drive efficient growth
- 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles at a B2B SaaS, AI, or healthcare technology company
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort with growth and analytics tools and light SQL/spreadsheet modeling
- Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for building scalable solutions that improve outcomes in healthcare
