The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and requests while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Additionally, you will escalate customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

This role is ideal for individuals with 1+ year of experience in customer care, preferably in a semi-tech process environment. You should have excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with US natives.

Key requirements include:

  • A minimum of 6 months of international BPO voice experience.
  • Blended process experience is mandatory.
  • Computer and internet knowledge are essential.
  • Familiarity with billing queries is a plus.
  • B2B and B2C experience is required.
  • International geography experience is necessary.
  • Any graduate degree is acceptable, but candidates pursuing regular or part-time courses may not be considered.
  • Must-have international voice process experience.
  • At least 1 year of international voice experience in customer service (billing), basic technical support, and sales is preferred.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary package, ranging from $44,800 to $51,200 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our benefits include:

  • A fixed CTC of $4,00,000 to $4,50,000 per annum.
  • Cab facility available for both sides.
  • Shift timings may include night shifts, but agents must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
