Human Resources Director for Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence in HR, ensuring compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations and HR policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive organizational culture.
  • Lead HR functions, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of purpose among employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to leadership on legal implications.
  • Act as a liaison between local teams and global leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support in handling employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective HR operations, including HRIS management, data integrity, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience in a SaaS company, with deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • A track record of building and developing relationships with senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
