Corporate Training and Development Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Training and Development Specialist.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. As a Corporate Training and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including logistics, invitations, registrations, technical support, and post-session recordings.

You will analyze participant data, feedback surveys, and training reports to measure program effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement of training operations by streamlining workflows and adopting best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate training, employee engagement, and organizational development. You will gain practical exposure to training delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Workspace), develop proficiency in data reporting, survey tools, and learning analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  2. Analyze participant data, feedback surveys, and training reports.
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement of training operations.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Zoom/Teams, and online survey tools.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
