AI Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AI training specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering technical training and designing engaging learning content for AI, ML, and Data Science professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality training materials, including presentations, labs, assessments, and case studies. They will also conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring that learners receive the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on AI, ML, and Data Science with a focus on data engineering and big data technologies.
  • Designing and developing training materials, including presentations, labs, assessments, and case studies.
  • Conducting both classroom and virtual training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Evaluating learner performance and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong understanding of AI, ML, and Data Science concepts and be proficient in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn. Experience with big data platforms, such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka, is also essential. Additionally, the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences is crucial.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 4-5 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science with exposure to big data tools.
  • Proficient in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with big data platforms: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  • Experience in training lifecycle: content creation, delivery, and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Certifications in AI/ML/Data Engineering from reputed platforms.
  • Prior experience in corporate or academic training.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
