Job Opportunity

As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs for Agent Advisors and ADMs across various offices in the assigned cluster.

  • Conduct comprehensive training modules on selling skills, insurance products and processes, and digital tools and assets.
  • Develop facilitation skills and virtual delivery skills to ensure seamless training sessions.
  • Manage expectations of multiple stakeholders and ensure utmost coordination between offices.

You will be responsible for driving digital assessments amongst Agents and ADMs, promoting self-learning among them, and calendarizing and effectively planning all training sessions. Your key performance indicators will include participant feedback, pass percentage of agents in IRDA exams, customer survey ratings, and adoption of digital learning platforms.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and 3-4 years of experience in conducting sales training, preferably in life insurance.
  • Strong co-ordination and facilitation skills.
