Job Opportunity: Learning & Development Specialist
About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps within the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs that align with business goals.

Requirements:
