Job Title: Partnerships Coordinator

Role Overview:

The role of a Partnerships Coordinator involves strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders in Central India. This includes representing the company in external meetings, securing proposals, negotiating terms, and delivering on defined sales and partnership targets.

Frequent travel across India is required, along with the ability to work independently in remote settings when stationed at partner locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
