Job Title: Strategic Partnership Developer

The role of the Strategic Partnership Developer revolves around developing and maintaining business partnerships to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and build strategic alliances.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to increase brand visibility and drive business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, identifying opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.
  • Identify, develop, and originate new business opportunities through innovative partnerships, leveraging industry networks and establishing a reputation as a thought leader in partnership development.
  • Promote sales growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and delivering revenue increases through effective partnership management.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in B2B Fintech, Emerging Corporates, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Commercial Banking, Invoice Discounting, or Capital Loan, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Bachelor's degree required; an MBA/PGDM is preferred, demonstrating expertise in business strategy, partnership development, and leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully influencing cross-functional teams, driving results through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional people management skills, including leadership development, coaching, and team motivation.
  • Strong multilingual proficiency is an added advantage, enhancing the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
