Job Summary:
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships for live events, driving revenue targets through sales.
- Identify potential partners, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
- Craft compelling partnership proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
- Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events & experiential industry.
- Drive revenue targets through partnership sales and ensure repeat business.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in partnership development/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
- Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnership deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership opportunities with brand objectives.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
