Strategic Partnership Development Lead

Job Summary:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships for live events, driving revenue targets through sales.
  • Identify potential partners, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed agreements.
  • Craft compelling partnership proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership deliverables are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events & experiential industry.
  • Drive revenue targets through partnership sales and ensure repeat business.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in partnership development/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
  • Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value partnership deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership opportunities with brand objectives.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
