Chief Relationship Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Relationship Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding us through the entire lifecycle of launching our algorithmic trading product in India.

This includes providing strategic input on product positioning and differentiation, assisting with compliance setup and regulatory documentation, and advising on technology stack and vendor partnerships.

The selected individual will also support in establishing broker relationships and operational workflows, as well as advising on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strategic input on product positioning and differentiation
  • Assisting with compliance setup and regulatory documentation
  • Advising on technology stack and vendor partnerships
  • Supporting in establishing broker relationships and operational workflows
  • Advising on go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or R
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading instruments, particularly within the Indian stock market
  • Experience with algo trading platforms, including design, development, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of data analysis and backtesting tools, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to approach complex challenges logically and data-driven
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
