We are seeking a seasoned Partner Development Executive to lead our alliance with Zoho Corporation. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive measurable business growth through strategic partnership and GTM initiatives.

Location: Multiple locations across India

Level: Director

Experience Required: 16 years & Above

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the alliance, aligned to firm priorities.
  • BUILD strong relationships with Zoho leadership and sales teams.
  • Drive joint GTM initiatives—account mapping, co-sell, campaigns, and pursuits.
  • Establish a Zoho Center of Excellence (CoE) for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators.
  • Integrate Zoho with our domain IP and multi-line offerings to differentiate solutions.
  • Track and report alliance KPIs including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years in consulting/SaaS/enterprise tech with proven alliance or partner leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho's product suite (CRM, Finance/ERP, HR, Low-Code, Analytics, etc.) or similar SaaS ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and GTM execution.
  • Experience in practice building and talent enablement.
  • Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Candidate with strong cloud knowledge will be preferred.
