Job Role:

Tendering Opportunities

  • Procuring Government Department Tenders.
  • Preparation of Tender Documents according to client requirements.
  • Effective Communication with Clients regarding Tenders and Works.
  • Site Visits for Tender Meetings, Documentation & Billing Process.
  • Tracking Work Progress and Preparing Reports.
  • Arranging Tender Fees, EMD, etc. for successful tender submissions.
  • Configuring PCs for smooth tender submissions. Coordination with tender agencies and purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:

The Jr. Tender Engineer is expected to maintain effective communication with clients regarding tenders and works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing various documents as per tender requirements and ensuring timely submission of tenders. Additionally, the Jr. Tender Engineer will coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers to ensure successful tender submissions.

Work Environment:

This role requires the candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders involved in the tender process. The Jr. Tender Engineer must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in document preparation and submission. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
