Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Automotive Battery Territory team at Assurance Intl Limited.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner accounts, identifying and on-boarding new channel partners within the territory, coordinating with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives, managing sales activities of partners to generate revenue, managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts.
  • Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Must have relevant experience of 7-12 years in Automotive Battery Industry.
  • Should have strong product knowledge.
  • Must have strong geographical knowledge of the territory.
  • Excellent communication & team handling skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management
Qualifications

Any Graduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is ₹50 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The package includes a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
