Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and EdTech sales, enabling them to navigate complex sales portfolios and foster lasting relationships with clients. They must possess exceptional industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales department in achieving ambitious targets, significantly impacting the company's growth trajectory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and provide relevant market intelligence to inform product development, staying competitive in the market.
  • Digital Sales Strategy: Utilize digital platforms, including CRM systems and social media, to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and tech teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Industry Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry changes to adapt and plan for long-term success.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, specifically in the IT and/or EdTech industry.
  • Networking Skills: Strong business connections and networks within educational and corporate sectors.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in digital sales strategies, CRM tools, and social media conversions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of strategic planning and execution with a focus on results.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage team interactions and client relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions quickly.

Compensation:

Based on industry standards and the candidate's experience, we estimate a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and performance.
