Campus Dekho is a cutting-edge web and app-based platform dedicated to helping students find and secure admissions to top colleges. As an EdTech Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role

This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to join our team at Campus Dekho.AI in Pune. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Your expertise will also involve conducting market research, creating sales pitches, and collaborating with our marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network and Partnership Development: Establish relationships with key decision-makers at institutions, colleges, and universities to facilitate business tie-ups and MOU execution.
  • Market Presence and Promotion: Develop and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top universities, colleges, tuition centers, and other educational institutions.
  • Marketing Strategies and Sales: Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to promote the organization and drive business development. Handle B2B sales, key account management, and collection functions for your territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails.
  • TARGET Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and collection targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and business acumen are essential.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position ranges from ₹800,000 to ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
