Sales Performance Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing outreach in the form of home demos to convert leads. You will also be responsible for reaching out to prospects through calls or messages and home visits to assess their needs. Additionally, you will nurture the leads, follow up with them, and understand their issues inside out. You will achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. You will coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. You will analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports. You will supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. You will also keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Furthermore, you will continuously improve through feedback.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and executing outreach in the form of home demos to convert leads

Requirements
* Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Office
* Highly motivated and target-driven
* Excellent negotiation, and communication skills
* Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers' needs
* A healthy attitude towards constructive criticism
