Sales Performance Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Executive to join our team at Tradologie. As an Inside Sales Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and email to generate sales opportunities
- Nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target new opportunities
- Use CRM software to maintain and update customer information
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
