Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at MyOperator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling our innovative SaaS product solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • SaaS Product Sales: Proactively engage with SMB clients to promote and sell our software solutions, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct client visits to demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that add value to their businesses, building strong relationships and trust with clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft business strategies aimed at driving financial growth and exceeding sales targets, collaborating with experienced professionals in the SaaS sector.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and effective sales pipeline, consistently following up with leads to close deals and achieve sales success.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve success, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or IT sales.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client Prospecting: Skilled in identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into long-term clients.
