As a Sales Performance Coach at Testbook, you will be responsible for training and developing our sales team to achieve exceptional results. Your primary goal will be to analyze and propose training solutions that align with our business objectives, focusing on sales performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand improvement areas and develop action plans to train them on processes and updates.
- Record training videos and create domain-specific training content to support sales team development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training large sales teams, preferably in the Ed-Tech industry.
- Strong skills in conducting webinars and excellent business communication skills.
- Able to effectively communicate and train people from different cultures.
- Well-versed in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
