Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Executive to join our team at Tradologie. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate sales opportunities
  • Nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target new opportunities
  • Use CRM software to maintain and update customer information
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
