About the Role
As a key member of the Hero Motocorp team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales targets in assigned territories. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales planning and execution, channel management, and financial acumen
