Business Development Manager Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Entigrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the outsourcing industry and a proven track record in business development.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the outsourcing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Entigrity's services.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the internal teams, including operations, finance, and HR, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
