Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Odles E-Commerce Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through market research, strategic planning, and lead generation.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in our organization. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular reports on market dynamics and potential areas for business growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals, identify key target markets, and develop strategies to penetrate and expand in those markets.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new leads through various channels, qualify leads, and identify potential clients or partners for business collaboration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, act as a liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective presentations and promotional materials.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients or partners to finalize agreements and contracts, ensure that contracts align with the company's policies and legal requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, provide input on product or service enhancements based on market feedback.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
