Job Summary

JobsClap is seeking an experienced Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving growth in school partnerships and building strong relationships with school leaders and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets to drive revenue growth in the education sector.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and organizations to promote tourism programs effectively.
  • Collaborate with school groups and educational chains to establish JobsClap as their preferred travel and adventure partner.
  • Represent JobsClap at school events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated sales team to expand outreach and drive sales performance.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient program delivery.
  • Record and track daily sales activities using CRM and other management systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams to address needs and resolve challenges.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or related industries.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred, with a focus on Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management being an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities.
