We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Partner to foster strong relationships with key enterprise clients. This senior role involves acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, successful solution adoption, and long-term business value through collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and understand their strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and innovation.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure seamless client engagement and effective collaboration.
- Represent the client internally by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align solutions with client objectives and drive results.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and provide actionable recommendations based on data, KPIs, and market insights to deliver measurable value and achieve business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, leveraging industry trends and technological advancements.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals.
