Job Title: Influencer Partnership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Partnership Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering and onboarding exclusive creators, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard talented creators who align with our brand values.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Track progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on all influencer interactions and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to onboard exclusive influencers and manage a portfolio of creators.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with brands or influencer networks is required.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, particularly across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage complex projects efficiently.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.
