Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Traverze Consultancy Solutions Private Limited. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Marketing Team, including preparing weekly and monthly reports, as well as document preparation.
- Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms and oversee the closure of posted positions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support recruiters with mass mailing campaigns through the ATS.
- Foster collaborative relationships with team members to optimize operational efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is desired.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
This role is based in Brookefield, Bangalore, and requires flexibility with night shift timings from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Experience working in night shifts is preferred.
