Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Traverze Consultancy Solutions Private Limited. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Marketing Team, including preparing weekly and monthly reports, as well as document preparation.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms and oversee the closure of posted positions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruiters with mass mailing campaigns through the ATS.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with team members to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is desired.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions

This role is based in Brookefield, Bangalore, and requires flexibility with night shift timings from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Experience working in night shifts is preferred.
