Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Manager to drive customer satisfaction, manage and grow relationships with key clients, and identify opportunities for growth within key accounts. This role is critical to ensuring our clients' needs are met while enhancing their overall experience with Unikon.

Main Responsibilities

Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Client Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored strategies that align with their objectives, ensuring mutual success.

Business Growth: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand services or increase revenue. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track account performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliverables to ensure targets and objectives are achieved.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, summarizing the status of accounts, business growth, and areas of improvement.

Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to better serve clients and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow high-value accounts and develop long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
