Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹₹800000 - ₹1,200,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing billing and invoicing processes. This includes:

  • Managing daily accounting tasks such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Ensuring timely payments and compliance with GST, TDS, and TCS regulations
  • Implementing process improvements and optimizing our accounting systems
  • Leading and mentoring junior accounting staff

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books or ERP and Excel
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
