Key Shipper Account Sales Manager

Amazon Shipping is expanding their B2C Courier Services to non-Amazon orders. As a Key Shipper Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing B2B relationships with our key shipper accounts.
About the RoleWe are seeking a street-smart, result-oriented candidate with B2B sales and business development experience and preferably from the shipping & logistics industry. You should be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities and changing landscapes.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver positive experience to assigned shipper accounts and resolve all queries
- Develop your individual client servicing strategy at a shipper-level
- Understand and reinforce the internal system and operational capabilities and align shipper expectations
- Action proactive and reactive measures on key service parameters like operations, claims and escalations
- Follow the standard operating processes to scale the working of the function
You will interact with shippers on a day-to-day basis and resolve shipper queries, escalations and performance concerns. You will act as a 1st point of contact and bridge between shipper and Amazon Shipping.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8.5 lakhs - ₹10.5 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary depending on various factors.
