Partnerships Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Partnerships Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive proposals using presentation software to communicate value propositions and return on investment.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
