Sales and Partnership Development Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential partners across various categories and industries, developing and presenting sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Track leads, maintain databases, and follow up with clients to advance opportunities and deliver sponsor commitments on time.
Partnership Coordination & Delivery:
  • Coordinate the execution of partner commitments, including branding, digital assets, event activations, and hospitality, ensuring timely delivery of logos, creatives, and content as per contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset usage and share status updates with stakeholders.
Match-Day Support & Activation:
  • Assist with partner onboarding, hospitality coordination, and in-stadium branding, supporting match-day activations to ensure seamless partner experiences.
  • Coordinate VIP and guest management activities as directed.
Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day partner queries and requests, supporting organizing review meetings and collating feedback from partners.
  • Maintain strong working relationships to facilitate renewal discussions.
Reporting & Insights:
  • Monitor deliverables, campaign activations, and partner performance, assisting in preparing periodic reports, presentations, and ROI updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or client servicing (sports, events, or media preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines.
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
