We are seeking an accomplished business professional to drive franchise partner acquisition and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Development:
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify high-growth cities for franchise expansion.
  • Conduct thorough research to map demand clusters, competition, and real estate feasibility.
  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and qualify high-quality franchise prospects across categories.
  • Builddvelop a strong pipeline of partners aligned with our criteria (financials, business background, industry connections).
  1. Partner Engagement & Conversion:
  • Drive end-to-end meetings and presentations with prospective partners.
  • Pitch our franchise models with clear ROI and business potential.
  • Negotiate agreements and close franchise conversions.
  1. Onboarding & Store Launch Support:
  • Guide partners through franchise agreement, financial formalities, and store setup requirements.
  • Coordinate with central teams for design, branding, training, and installation readiness.
  • Ensure stores launch within defined timelines.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate reports on lead funnel, partner status, and conversion ratios.
Key Result Areas:
  1. Number of new franchise partners onboarded.
  2. Timely conversion of prospects into signed franchisees.
  3. Successful completion of partner onboarding and store launch process.
  4. Quality and sustainability of partners onboarded (aligned with our standards).
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
  2. 6–8 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or channel sales.
  3. Proven track record of partner onboarding and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  4. Exposure to building materials, interiors, furniture, laminates, tiles, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. High willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
