Job Opportunity: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Address and resolve employee issues
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and personnel files
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws and regulations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
