
Human Capital Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, collaborating with the organization to drive strategic initiatives. They will develop and enhance the human capital of the organization by designing, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.
About the Role:
The role involves supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback
- Manage payroll and employee benefits
- Experience of talent development at ground level in any engineering, automotive, or steel industry
- Handle overall plant and corporate HR, local liaisoning, factory act & local departments liaisoning
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
Required Skills:
- Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
Preferred Skills:
- Strong budget management skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Budget up to 75,000/-
