  • Implementing DC-Wide Rewards and Recognition Programs to Improve Performance, Retention, and Employee Experience
  • Overseeing the Health & Wellness Program and Enhancing Communication Forums

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or Equivalent Preferred Qualification
  • 11-17 Years of Relevant Work Experience
