Business Partner - Talent Manager

This role involves strategic people management and organizational design to address business challenges and opportunities. Key responsibilities include implementing people strategies, designing compensation and benefits initiatives, partnering with business leaders, reviewing departmental data, analyzing trends, and recommending solutions.

Additionally, this role requires contributing to headcount planning, coordinating with heads of departments, monitoring the headcount plan, developing talent management strategies, creating succession planning initiatives, collaborating with business leaders, regularly visiting offices, assessing employee needs, conducting exit interviews, providing feedback, tracking agreed improvement areas, and coordinating rewards and recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, strategic perspective, creative insight, analytical skills, persuasion skills, flexibility to work with all organizational levels, ability to analyze human capital data, problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills, project management skills, multi-tasking abilities, excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
