Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for executing the performance management process. This includes developing and maintaining job descriptions, coordinating reward and recognition programs, and supporting other talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement employee engagement programs that align with business goals
  • Consult with management to identify business processes and improve efficiency
  • Evaluate business initiatives to determine appropriate programs that meet company objectives
  • Develop data analysis methodologies and management reporting tools
  • Implement strategic planning methods to drive business growth
  • Identify data collection tools and benchmarks to measure performance
  • Implement organisational effectiveness interventions to drive change
  • Develop competency models to enhance employee skills
  • Create team building exercises and workshops to foster collaboration
  • Help employees create project timelines and deadlines
  • Develop performance metrics that align with organisational goals
  • Create definitions of desired individual or group performance
  • Ensure manpower availability meets business needs
  • Plan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalise talent acquisition budgets
  • Drive the recruitment strategy of the organisation at all levels
  • Review roles and grade structure regularly to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Create service level agreements and integrating mechanisms to drive inter-departmental coordination
  • Oversee training and development needs of the organisation
  • Support in articulating the compensation philosophy through C&B surveys and industry practices
  • Design a compensation structure in line with industry practices and organisational requirements
The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with:

  • MBA/MSW – HR from a reputable institute with 10 years of related experience in retail, service, and manufacturing sectors
  • Strong governance and business case development skills
  • Ability to develop advanced workforce planning capabilities
  • Experience in implementing effective HR philosophies
  • Skills in reducing administrative work for HR business partners
  • Ability to design flexible HR organisation structures
  • Experience in improving employee-facing HR systems
  • High-impact on organisations focus for continuous improvement

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management, and will be able to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
