**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the volume hiring process. This individual partners closely with business leaders to understand their strategy and talent needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Responsible for hiring into service delivery teams.
  • Talent Strategy: Building overall talent strategy, determining number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the company to meet client requirements.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Working on talent strategy design, planning, acquisition, headcount budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Recruitment Counsel: Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Owning the recruitment process from board approval to onboarding.
  • Special Projects: Driving several special projects/initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to recruitment and selection processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
